An accomplished artist since his teens (his painting appears in the background photo), Dr. Perenack sees a unique compatibility between art and cosmetic surgery. Since it was founded by Dr. Charles Williamson, medical director of the Williamson Eye Center, the Williamson Cosmetic Center has set itself apart with a bold new approach to cosmetic improvement.
