You may be a candidate if you have:
- Male pattern hair loss – you are a good candidate if the hair loss is not too extensive and if the back and sides of the hair is not too thin.
- Female pattern hair loss – you are a good candidate if the hair on the side and back has good density.
- Hair loss from injury or inactive infections.
- Hair loss from surgical scars.
- Patients with previous undesirable hair transplants – this is usually when larger round grafts were used.
