Dr. C. Lucy Borne is a board certified ophthalmologist who has been in practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, since 1983. Dr. Borne Graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and received her medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans with membership of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her residency training at the L.S.U. Eye Center in New Orleans and is currently an associate at the Williamson Eye Center. Dr. Borne holds membership in the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Louisiana State Medical Society, and East Baton Rouge Medical Society.
